  13. I love this shelfari thing on your blog. I need to know more about this and how to get this! Do you think you could use other real life examples of static electricity in order to help students understand the concpet better, and if so, what would some be?

  15. Great video. Students will love the dog eating the cereal at the end. How are you modifying for higher level learners? Is the activities being done in groups for the benefit of lower level learners?

    Tiffany - Yes, even though their fourth graders.

    Elizabeth - THANKS ;) um Shelfari is on Amazon.com, you have to create an account and you can add books and such.

    Jannie - Yes, green is how'd you know?! Um I'm sure anything that doesn't weigh much and has a hole in the middle will work. You can experiment and let me know ;)

    Heather - Other than questioning them throughout, I will see how well they make their postively, negatively, and neutrally charged cookies, and they will also do a cylical map to show the process of lightning.

    Megan - The class will be divided up into groups because there are other activities/stations they class will do :)

    Jeremy - Really Jeremy? I'm pretty sure she'd be fine.

    Kayla - Thanks :) Um I would bring extra cereal but I wouldn't let them eat the dangling one.

    Kasey - The students will be in groups during these activities.

    Cindy - (See where I answered Elizabeth) Yes I could use how we get shocked touching door handles or getting out of the car, stuff like that.

    Mallory - I would have them predict what would happen and then after they complete the activity, report their findings.
